Virtual Thanksgiving Barre Class
Full-body barre class for all levels
Barre is an invigorating full-body toning class for all fitness levels that blends elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga and functional training. In this class, you can expect to perform high reps of small range-of-motion movements and well as larger moves to get the heart rate up. The class begins with a dynamic warmup and is followed by exercises utilizing the ballet barre (a chair or railing works) as well as small hand weights (soup cans or water bottles can be used as substitutes).
Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 1 hour before your scheduled class.
